Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Oaks. DESCRIPTION: Ladies Day at Epsom where the sun shone for the running of the Oaks. The winner was Sun Cap ridden by Rae Johnstone for France. Horses taking part - ‘Sybil’s Niece’, ‘Festoon’, ‘Eastern Glamour’, ‘Altana’. Rae Johnstone on ‘Sun Cap’, ‘Philante’, ‘Baba Bibi’. Sun Cap wins. Madame Forget leads in her horse.
