MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Garter Ceremony. Sir Winston Installed. DESCRIPTION: Windsor Castle provided the setting for an outstanding occasion in the long history of the Order of the Garter. Her Majesty the Queen conferred the Order of the Garter on Sir Winston Churchill. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Various shots of procession making its way to St George’s Chapel.
