Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Mendes France at the European Defence Crisis. DESCRIPTION: At the Foreign Ministry in Brussels, leading ministers from six European countries meet to discuss French modifications to the European Defence Community. At Biggin Hill, Mr Mendes-France was met by Sir Winston Churchill before going to Chartwell for discussions. They were later joined there by Mr Eden. SHOTLIST: Ministers arriving.
