- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Eskimo Holiday. DESCRIPTION: Way up in the Canadian Arctic at Pond Inlet, an Eskimo tribe gets three weeks holiday with pay and they spend the time digging coal. The coal, which they do not use themselves, is sold to Mission posts and Hudson Bay stations. SHOTLIST: Snow wastes of Canada. Eskimos go to mountain and dig for coal. Sacks put onto sledge. Husky dogs pulling sledges over snow wastes. Various shots.
