Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Bikini Fire Fighting. DESCRIPTION: A portable raft, known as Bikini forms the basis of a new fire-fighting technique to supplement water supply in the event of emergency. The raft is loaded with three pumps capable of producing a total output of 1,000 gallons. SHOTLIST: CU of the Bikini being inflated. Lowered into the water. Pumps being loaded. GV of three firemen on the raft, which is being propelled along by a jet of water from one of the pumps. GV of the portable reservoir. Pipes being unloaded from a lorry. GV of firemen with hoses.
