MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Malayan Floods. DESCRIPTION: Widespread and very damaging floods have recently occurred in Singapore and the Federation of Malaya. Exceptionally heavy rainfalls have caused rivers to overflow and to submerge large areas. SHOTLIST: Various shots of flooded streets with people wading through the water.
