Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Arrival of the Shah of Persia. DESCRIPTION: Crossing from America in the Queen Mary, the Shah of Iran and Queen Soraya disembarked at Southampton. At Waterloo, the London greeting was offered by the Duke of Gloucester. At the Persian Embassy, Sir Anthony Eden paid the Shah and his Queen a courtesy visit. SHOTLIST: KS GV of the Queen Mary.
