Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Operation Teapot. DESCRIPTION: Volunteer members of American armed forces took part in the recent A-Bomb explosion at Yucca Flats, Nevada. SHOTLIST: Shot of the troops taking up their positions in the trenches. The explosion. CU of the heads of the soldiers as they are lowered to minimise the effect of the blast. The troops leave the trenches. Geiger counters test their uniforms for radio activity and brooms are used to brush off any atomic dust.
