MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Newspaper Strike Story. DESCRIPTION: The strike by a comparatively small number of London newspaper operatives, brought most of Fleet Street to a full stop. One result of the stoppage was a demand for provincial newspapers in London. SHOTLIST: GV of Fleet Street. GVs of the Daily Express offices, News Chronicle, Evening News, Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail.
