- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Duke Starts Cross Country. DESCRIPTION: The Duke of Edinburgh was at Windsor Great Park, to start the Senior Southern Cross Country Championship. Ken Norris and Peter Driver were level pegging, then 300 yards from the tape, Peter turned on a terrific sprint that brought him home in 50 minutes 20 seconds. The Duke congratulated him in his fine effort. SHOTLIST: The Duke of Edinburgh at Great Windsor Cross Country Championship. GV of the Duke at the start of the race.
