Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Flood in Kent. DESCRIPTION: Torrential rain caused flooding in Kent. SHOTLIST: Semi GV of housing estate at Swanley. Two local RSPCA officials make their inspection of flood area. One of the bulldozer used for flood and mud. One of the flooded houses being swept by woman. Furniture being removed by men from the flooded houses. CU of bulldozer at work. Two RSPCA officials come to the aid of a black mongrel dog. Nearby farm’s cow sheds, wall was washed away during the night.
