Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Flood Damage. DESCRIPTION: The worst floods ever caused (by Australia’s biggest river, the Murray) have done millions of pounds worth of damage. Farms and homes have been wiped out and the struggle to hold back the flood water is a job for every available volunteer. SHOTLIST: Various shots of houses etc. under water. Men making up sand bags. Shots of flooded streets. Man on boat next to his house. (Water line is just under the roof of the house).
