MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Farnborough Air Show. DESCRIPTION: The Society of British Aircraft Constructors have been staging their seventeenth show at Farnborough. With annual aircraft exports now approaching the hundred million pound mark, the value of such a shop-window is obvious. All the best British planes and engines were displayed and thousands came to see them. SHOTLIST: Aerial over Farnborough. Panning shot along parked aircraft. Shot of a Fairey Delta 2. Sign ‘Avro Vulcan B1’. Shot of Vulcan. Shot of 2 helicopters taking off. Bristol 173 takes off. Various shots in air. Army helicopter takes off from lorry, in air and lands on lorry. Canberra taking off. Shots of Canberra in the air. Hawker Hunter 2 seater flying low. Crowds. Hawker Hunter in air, shot looking down onto the cockpit.
