Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royal Tour of Mauritius. DESCRIPTION: A visit to Union Flacq sugar factory was one of the last royal engagements in Mauritius. Her Royal Highness also visited the Botanical Gardens at Pamplemousses. The buildings of Port Louis were brilliantly lit up when the Princess took her departure. The Governor was there to wish her bon voyage on behalf of the people of Mauritius. SHOTLIST: LS crane outside Union Flacq Sugar Cane Factory. Interior - Wheels turning on the machinery.
