- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Sinai - Front Line Scenes. DESCRIPTION: New pictures giving a glimpse of the battle of Sinai have just been released: Israeli forces in action against a retreating Egyptian army somewhere in the desert. The battle swiftly developed into a complete rout, and the man chiefly responsible for that was the Israel C-in-C General Moshe Dayan who personally led his troops. SHOTLIST: Israeli forces on move during battle. Damaged Egyptian tanks and lorries. Egyptians surrender. Abandoned villages and arms. General Moshe Dayan seen.
