- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: 7th Fleet - Pacific Patrol. DESCRIPTION: The United States Seventh Fleet is a powerful force maintaining a Pacific patrol over a vast area. It’s main object is to prevent a conflict breaking out between Formosa and the mainland. Returning from reconnaissance, one aircraft carried a newsreel cameraman who made a record of what it looked like - coming in to land on a big carrier. The Seawolf is America’s second atomic powered submarine which is still undergoing trials. SHOTLIST: Aerial of over the United States 7th Fleet. Various shots over the fleet.
