MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Victor Operational. DESCRIPTION: The Handley Page Victor, now in operational squadron service in the Royal Air Force, has a crew of five. The officer commanding Number Ten Squadron, Wing Commander Charles Owen, was asked about the Victor by war-time ace, Group Captain Johnson.
