MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rockets at Sea. DESCRIPTION: These pictures show the American cruiser, the Calveston, about to demonstrate the Navy’s newest weapon: the Talos guided missile. It is a three thousand pounder, designed to destroy enemy aircraft at high altitude. SHOTLIST: Type handles fin of rocket (key). LS cruiser ‘Calveston’. MS loading mechanism on deck.
