Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Air Show in Bangkok. DESCRIPTION: A flying display was given by member nations of SEATO in Bangkok and there was one un-rehearsed thrill in store for the crowds. An aircraft was in trouble, with its landing gear locked. But the pilot of the Canberra made a perfect belly-landing on a foam-sprayed runway. SHOTLIST: GV Air Show (key & title). MS spectators. MS Sabre surrounded by spectators. FS same. Ground to air formation flying. MS children look on. Pan - formation fly past. Pan - Canberra fly past. MS police & spectators. Pan - Canberra belly lands and is followed by fire engines.
