- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: India’s Giant Project. DESCRIPTION: The Burgapur Steelworks in West Bengal constitute one of the biggest jobs ever carried out by a consortium of British firms. It is the greatest single overseas operation yet undertaken by British industry. Large crowds had assembled for the opening ceremony. They’d come to see their President, Dr Rajendra Prasad, set the works going in partial operation.
