MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: In Orbit With Yuri. DESCRIPTION: A reception given by London’s Lord Mayor, Sir Bernard Waley-Cohen, was one item during the feting of Yuri Gagarin. He was at the Mansion House for half an hour. At Admiralty House, he was received by the Prime Minister, and the Premier’s reported as saying that the Major is a delightful fellow. London did everything to honour the Russian space-man, and the greatest honour of all was his invitation to lunch with the Queen at Buckingham Palace. SHOTLIST: Key scene. GV of Mansion House.
