MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: New Stamps. DESCRIPTION: Eight new stamps are soon to be issued in Britain. Miss Faith has been responsible for those marking the seventh Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference. Peter Gauld and Michael Goaman are the other two designers. Designed by the latter, here’s one of three stamps to celebrate the Post Office Savings Bank Centenary.
