MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Homemakers of Tomorrow. DESCRIPTION: Twelve boys and twelve girls, the finalists selected from over 23,000 entrants from all over Britain, were showing their skill in a cookery contest in London’s Savoy. This competition was run by the Gas Council and Youth magazines. The two winners each received a hundred pounds of Premium Bonds. SHOTLIST: Key scene. Interior shot of supermarket. MS girl shopping.
