DESCRIPTION: Lancashire’s other Grand National may not be very well known to the horse racing public, but for motor-cycle scramblers it’s one of the highlights of the year. The course is really fast, so are the machines. The eventual winner was Alan Clough on his Greaves 250. SHOTLIST: Key scene. Riders check their bikes (4 shots). GV start of race. GV Riders up hill. GV rider past camera. GV No 97 (DW Sykes) past camera. GV No 65 (PA Lamper) past camera. GV crowds. GV No 69 - Alan Clough (the winner) overtaking the field. GV riders round bend and up hill.
