MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cycling Tour of Great Britain. DESCRIPTION: The start of the Tour of Britain Cycle Race from Blackpool (sponsored by the Milk Marketing Board). There are close on 100 riders competing, making up between them quite an international flavour. Fourteen hundred miles - 14 days - and an awful lot of ‘pedalling pintas’ before the finish back at Blackpool. SHOTLIST: Key scene. MS group of cyclists. MS competitor looks at bike.
