MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Test Ban at Last. DESCRIPTION: The keynote of cordiality, established at the very first meeting by a jovial Mr Khrushchev, must have been a great encouragement to Britain’s delegate, Lord Hailsham, and America’s Mr Harriman. The Test Ban Treaty, already initialled, will soon be formally signed by the Foreign Ministers of the 3 powers.
