- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rescue and Relief. DESCRIPTION: Horrific perhaps, but a vivid illustration of the aftermath of a nuclear attack. In fact it’s exercise Leader 10, first of several large-scale Civil Defence exercises designed to test Casualty Evacuation Plans.
