MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cyprus - ‘Brush Fire’ Still Burns. DESCRIPTION: Typical of the brush fire situation in Cyprus, a battle between Greek and Turkish Cypriots in the North West of the island. Its still Britain’s task to prevent these brush fires becoming a conflagration. Pictures show the first incident since UN troops had arrived but as yet they were not operational.
