- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Viola Visits Hong Kong. DESCRIPTION: Viola, a 50 mile an hour typhoon, hit Hong Kong. Although people in the Crown Colony were expecting the worst, little damage was done. In fact, ten inches of rain poured into the dried-up reservoirs, making Viola a very welcome visitor. SHOTLIST: Key scene. MS people waiting to cross road. GV same crossing road. MS two girls do likewise. MS girl and boy up steps and girl’s skirt swept up by wind. CU sailor smiles. MS boy and girl walk and girl’s skirt swept up by wind. MS pan people board ferry.
