MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Hong Kong Hong Kong Ida Has a Mudbath. DESCRIPTION: Ida was the name given to the second typhoon to hit Hong Kong this year. She brought torrential rains, which washed a whole hillside down onto the buildings below. Over six thousand people had to leave their homes. Emergency housing and meal services were laid on.
