DESCRIPTION: Thorpe Bay, Yacht Club - scene of America’s Cup rivalry between the United States and Britain - recently held a contest for the Little America’s Cup which features catamarans. The result is based on the best of seven races. The British entry Emma Hamilton, a successor to the Cat, which won the first contest four years ago, is the first across the finishing line.
