- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Paris - Air Show Crash. DESCRIPTION: The Paris Air Show at Le Bourget, and tragedy as an Italian jet crashes while trying to land. It ploughed through a car park, killing spectators as well as the pilot Italo Donate, who was chief test pilot, of the Italian Air Force. Most of the 11 who died were killed instantly. SHOTLIST: LAS jet plane turning overhead. GV giant Russian helicopter carrying bus. GV pan part of flying display and aerobatics planes leaving smoke trail. GV ditto. LS pan Italian jet plane past.
