SHOTLIST: Shots of Indians gathered at the above. Leader of balcony talking to crowds. Trouble starts when police make arrest from pickets at British shops. Rioters rushing along street. Arrested into van and driven away. Rioting breaks out around the Movietone van as police defy order to disperse. Police both native and British try to keep order.
