MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The World Cup Final 1966: England V West Germany (Colour). DESCRIPTION: England in red, never before in the World Cup Final playing against West Germany in white, who won the Cup in 1954. Swiss referee spins the coin and West Germany start the ball rolling. Extra time had to be played when the West German’s scored an equaliser in the last seconds. But England came out on top, score four-two, and the trophy stays in England.
