- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Aviation Immortals. DESCRIPTION: At a re-union at Scampton, Lincs, Dam-Buster air-crews meet Mr Barnes Wallis, inventor of the Dam-Busting Bomb. 1967 is the 40th Anniversary of the first Solo Trans-atlantic flight, made by Charles Lindbergh. Movietone archives recall the achievement. Lindbergh landed at Paris, where, forty years later, the first full-size mock-up of Concorde is shown for the first time.
