Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: London Air Crash. DESCRIPTION: A once in a life-time chance for an amateur cameraman. Oldham Shopkeeper Frank Mills records the terrible Freighter crash at Heathrow airport as it happens. Movietone enlarges his film to present the harrowing moments of tragedy in which six people die in a four-plane pile-up. SHOTLIST: 2 sequences of Elizabethan plane crashing at Heathrow Airport on top of Trident aircraft. Note - this material was blown up from 8mm amateur film.
