MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Breeding Counts. DESCRIPTION: Britain leads the world in preserving the purity of the Arab Horse. The Society devoted to this aim holds its annual show at Kempton Park. The infusion of Arabian blood is an essential element in the quality of many of the finest race-horses, hunters and show jumpers. The Royal International Horse Show - at it’s new home at Wembley - presents the cream of International quality. The Queen Elizabeth the Second Cup is won by an American girl - Mary Chapot - for the first time, while that major man’s event, the King George V Gold Cup, goes to Germany’s Hans Winkler with Britain’s John Kidd second.
