- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Petrol From Water. DESCRIPTION: Tom Munson, a Southport engineer, claims to have invented a motor fuel made from water! SHOTLIST: MS Southport Engineer Tom Munson, inventor of Petrol from Water. MCU tom pours liquid into bottle. CU Tom inspects liquid in bottle. CU liquid, now petrol, is poured into bowl. MS Tom takes bowl of petrol and funnel outside. MS pan Tom takes petrol and funnel to car. HAS Tom pours petrol into car’s petrol tank. MS car is driven off. Interior shot of car. CU dashboard. MS car past. CU Tom in passenger seat. GV road ahead - through windscreen. MS pan Tom gives Thumbs Up sign.
