MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Skyhook. DESCRIPTION: The Fulton Skyhook, a dramatic method of rescuing aircraft crews marooned behind enemy lines or in otherwise inaccessible places, is demonstrated in South Vietnam. SHOTLIST: Ground to air jet drops Fulton Skyhook equipment by parachute. 2 shots troops retrieve equipment. MCU equipment opened. 3 shots men put on harness. 2 shots balloon being inflated. LAS balloon rises into the air. MS troops in harness waiting on ground. G to A Hercules aircraft hooks onto balloon cable. LAS men lifted into the air. A to A shots of men in the air. CU cable being winched aboard plane. MCU ditto. MS men being hauled towards plane. CU winch. MS men pulled nearer. CU winch. MS men pulled into aircraft. CU pilot. MS men on board plane.
