Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Up, Up and Away. DESCRIPTION: Contrasts in aviation! The fantastic Short-take-off and Landing Skyvan, operating in the remote mountain areas of New Guinea, lands on a hundred-yard strip of grass. In Moscow, the Tupolev 144 steals the thunder from Concorde by becoming the world’s first Supersonic airliner to fly.
