MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cowes Regatta Colour. DESCRIPTION: The season’s top offshore sailing event - Cowes Regatta draws sailing enthusiasts from all parts of Britain and abroad. We join the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Charles and Princess Anne aboard their respective boats, and Prime Minister Edward Heath wins an event in his yacht ‘Morning Cloud’.
