Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: White Water Championships. DESCRIPTION: At Augsbury, in Bavaria, a new canoeing course has opened, ready for next year’s Olympic contests. SHOTLIST: MS canoeist along Augsburg slalom course. CU competitor past. MLS competitor stuck in eddy but clears. MS double canoe passes through gate. MS ditto. MS 2 competitors swept down river without canoe. MS double canoe almost lands on bank & then hits gate post (slow motion). MS overturned competitors and canoe float past. MS canoe leaps into air, overturns and then floats past (slow motion).
