Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Czech Steeplechase. DESCRIPTION: An extremely difficult course for the steeplechase entrants in the Pardubice event. SHOTLIST: Pardubice Steeplechase start, GV start pan GV pan field over Taxis ditch, mass of horses fall. GV pan horses over water jump. GV pan slow motion horses over water jump. Pan 2 horses fall into water. MS jockey tugs horse out of water. LS ditto. MS slow motion as horse leaps into water and crashes with 2 others, another horse falls into water but regains control, other horses gently pass properly through water. MS crowd. MS pan winner passes finish. CU winner - Korak - male jockey, 2nd place Metal - female jockey.
