Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Arsenal V Ipswich. DESCRIPTION: Arsenal v Ipswich ended in a 2 - 1 victory for Arsenal. SHOTLIST: MS Frank McLintock tosses up. LAS Arsenal flag. MS zoom out Ipswich kick off left to right. GV Ipswich centre, but Bob Wilson catches and throws out. GV zoom in Laurie Sivell (Ipswich goalie) saves. Wilson at other end. GV Arsenal defence clear. GV Ipswich defence gather ball and attack, Wilson attempts save, misses and grabs Ipswich player’s leg. GV No 7 Robertson of Ipswich centres but Wilson punches out. GV Arsenal player shoots but Sivell saves well. MS crowd. GV Wilson pushes ball over bar but is NoSled into back to net. 2ND HALF GV Arsenal corner goalie drops header and ball goes into net, pan from goalie to Arsenal players. MS goalie. GV good Ipswich passing movement results in goal headed by No 10 Hill. Zoom back players congratulate Hill. GV from corner Charlie George scores Arsenal’s 2nd, pan to jubilant Arsenal players. GV teams off.
