SV Sub Officer Robert Bloomer, Belfast Fire Brigade, with wife & son, receives the BEM for gallantry. CU Bloomer. CU BEM medal in case. SV 5 members of Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) police force, all received the BEM for gallantry.
