MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: European Rally Cross Final. DESCRIPTION: The rough, tough world of Rally Cross at the Lydden Circuit. Austrian, Franz Wurz, battles his way through to win this European Championship Event. SHOTLIST: SV start of a race, cars 1, 3, 6 & 8 start moving pan to BV. SV cars skid round bend. SV pan No 6 past camera pan to BV showing 6 in last place. SV car skidding round bend pan with car No 6. LV car 1 on its top, people rush to aid of driver. SV car pulling off at start of race, cars 5, 7, 4 & 2 pan to BV. FV cars skidding round track No 5 in lead - No 7 goes out onto rough and nearly hits the bank. SV No 32 pan skids off track & hits bank. SV No 26 skidding on track zoom out, zoom in to car No 30 skidding to face opposite way. SV car flashing past, we see car 30 driving back onto track. BV car round bend. SV car 20 turning to face right way. BV 2 cars on track. SV car past camera on track. LV car No 6 following others round bend. SV cars past camera pan with car No 7 to BV. LV cars on course. BV 2 cars round bend VWs. SV pan car No 1 with car 9 trying to pass. SV No 9 and No 1 spin off track. SV pan cars on track pan with car No 19 to BV. SV pan car 17 followed by car 19. LV pan 2 cars past camera. GV cars skidding round bend. LV car coming from off the track & in front of another car. SV car 1 pan to BV. SV cars taking chequered flag. SV crowd. SVU winner Franz Wurz car No 1.
