- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Oil Pollution East Coast. DESCRIPTION: When the Greek tanker ‘Eleni V’ was in a collision off the Norfolk Coast her tank disgorged gallons of oil. Over thirty miles of East Anglian holiday beaches were polluted and clearing-up operations, to prepare the sands for the holiday season, were imperative. SHOTLIST: MS bulldozer empties oil. GV sea (very hazy, distant shot showing the wrecked oil tanker ‘Eleni V’) - pull back. LS shore. MS oil being washed onto beach. LS ditto. MS people watching. GV oil pull back to boat by shore.
