Summary
COI synopsis: Sometimes we waste the resources we have around us, simply because we go about things the wrong way. No greater waste of resources than that caused by the continual knock-down battle that goes on between road-bollards and the careless driver! The latest idea is a bollard that never needs replacing: when a car knocks it down, this bollard just swings back again into place.
