- COI synopsis: Britain’s Road Research Laboratory is the largest in the world. It’s set in a 250 acre site in Berkshire which includes a three mile test track. Every aspect and problem of road transport is continually under research. Michelle Brown looks at some of the latest experiments in road safety and efficiency.
