- COI synopsis: As a sport, ice dancing combines the ultimate in visual beauty with a breathtaking technique. It is now to be included in the 1976 Winter Olympics. Penny Croucher visits Queen’s Ice Skating Club in London and meets one of the world’s top ice dance pairs, Janet Thompson and Warren Maxwell. Penny gets her skates on for a few tips from the trainer of world champions, Gladys Hogg, and joins in the fun with skaters aged nine to ninety.
